Servicing
THE WORKSHOP
Our workshop is geared to work on all makes and models including all European, British, Japanese and American makes. With all servicing, we use and recommend only the best oils and parts.
Our service area contains four hydraulic work benches for quick turnaround of jobs. All servicing can be tailored to suit your wallet. Whether that be a basic oil change and check over, to a major service, we will always be competitive in our pricing. We believe good communication with our clients in regards to cost is a must.
DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENT
We use the latest Text Diagnostic equipment which is an essential part of any modern workshop and is used for resetting of service lights and fault codes/fault finding etc. We also have several tune and fault finding programs to suit your needs.
REGO CHECKS / PINK SLIPS / E-SAFETY CHECKS
We do in-house RMS E-Safety Inspections on any type of bike or scooter, usually while you wait.
In some instances, the mechanic may not be able to attend to your bike immediately and there may be a short waiting period.
NOTE: We do not do Blue Slips.
OUR ETHOS
At Motorcycle Weaponry, we make a commitment to take special care of your machine and keep you informed at all times while your bike is with us. And remember, you are able to speak directly with the actual mechanic who is working on your bike at any time.
Repairs
Our licensed technicians offer expert advice and excellent customer service.
Aside from our service area, which contains four hydraulic work benches, we also have a mezzanine area for long term works such as restoration projects and custom rebuilds. In repairing your bike, every detail is taken into consideration and no damage is overlooked.
All level of work is catered to from basic repair work, to full restorations. This could be full electrical rewires, modifications, to mechanical restorations, engine work, tuning, performance mod’s etc.
We do Log Book Servicing for machines still under Warranty using OE parts.
You can rest easy knowing that your machine is in good hands. There is no job too difficult for us!
ACCIDENT / SMASH REPAIRS:
We carry out accident repairs to all makes and models whether it be under insurance or not, or no matter who you are insured with. It’s your insurance policy and you can choose your own repairer.
FRAME ALIGNMENT SPECIALIST
We also have a resident Frame Alignment specialist with the ability to check your bike’s frame to make sure it is within manufacturers specifications; whether that be after an accident or when buying a used bike, or even if you are finding faults with the way your bike is handling.
The latest technology is used: German Mega M.A.X.
Suspension
The Weaponry workshop has tools and equipment to service and rebuild forks and provide advice and help for set up. Front forks are done inhouse with quality replacement seals and oils. Different springs and valves are available to order.
Rear shock rebuilds are outsourced to a trusted specialist. We remove it and fit it after rebuilding or re-valving.
Tyres
Weaponry sell and fit all the leading brands including; Pirelli Metzeler, Bridgestone, Michelin & Dunlop. Speak to one of our team to determine which tyre is best for your bike and your budget.
Dyno Tuning
Motorcycle Weaponry has its own in-house DYNOJET 250i Dyno Tuning facility. This allows us to measure the air-fuel ratio and the power output of your motorcycle.
With over 12 years experience and a huge database of makes and models, we have the knowhow to tune your bike to its best performance level.
Custom maps and tunes are achieved by Flash ECU, re-programming, or the supply and installation of Power Commander. This is ideal for Race Track bike preparation and set up.
The DYNOJET 250i allows us to fine tune your bike without the need to road test it…all within a controlled environment.
